ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-2 Days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!. If you didn’t get an update in 2 days please contact us at customercare@livfash.com
LOCAL PICKUP/DELIVERY - Orders can be picked up by appointment or we will deliver if it is in our serviceable area ( Liverpool). An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup/ home delivery.
LOCAL DELIVERY During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "Continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed before 14:00 during store hours 10:00-17:00 will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 Days using Royal Mail, i.e. Royal Mail’s delivery standard is 2 - 4 days]. A flat rate shipping fee from £1.99 - £3.29 applies to orders below £14 and weight less than 2 Kg. If Weight is above 2Kg the shipping rate will be £8.99. Optional: We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (free standard shipping for orders over £14).
REFUNDS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@livfash.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
